Randers FC is een Deense voetbalclub uit Randers. De club ontstond in 2002 na een fusie tussen Dronningborg BK (opgericht 1928), Hornbæk SF (1945), Kristrup BK (1908), Randers Freja (1898), Randers KFUM (1920) en Vorup FB (1915).
Van alle fusieclubs was Randers Freja de meest succesvolle, de club haalde drie bekers binnen en speelde 16 jaar in de hoogste klasse.
Het eerste elftal van Randers FC komt momenteel uit in de Deense eredivisie (Superligaen).
De U16 speelt onder de naam en vlag van Randers Freja FC. Randers FC won het BSC Unisson O16-tournooi in 2017 en in 2013 en werd 2e in 2014.
